    How do I register for a training?
    Participants may register online using a credit card. You may also complete a registration form and mail a money order payable to Bright Steps Inc. at least 3 days in advance. Payment must accompany all registration forms.

    What are the requirements for successful completion of a training?
    In order to successfully complete a training, candidates must arrive no later than 15-minutes after a training has begun. Out of respect for our trainers and those in attendance, no one will be admitted to a training session that has been in progress for 15-minutes. Participants must also remain and actively participate in the entire session.

    Do you give refunds ?
    No refunds will be issued once workshop fees have been paid. However, a credit will be issued if you cancel 24-hours in advance or if the training is rescheduled by our organization and you may schedule to attend a training at a later date.

    May I bring my child?
    Workshops may only be attended by adults. Please make child care arrangements in advance. Children will not be permitted to attend training classes.
