 8      Child Nutrition Training
         This 4-hour training seminar is designed for early childhood  
          nutritionists/cooks or center directors. Participants will review the new  
          CACFP guidelines and develop an understanding of ways to plan  
          rotating menus to provide healthy meals. Participants will also discover 
          ways to prepare food, prevent food-borne illnesses and properly sanitize           the kitchen. (Meets BFTS nutrition requirement for directors and cooks)
          Time: 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

​10    40-Hour Director Training
        This interactive course will prepare you to operate a high-quality early 
        childhood program. You will receive a Director's manual that will                          provide you with a binder of resources to assist in all areas of business 
        management.

        Time: 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
        Location: Fayette County

13    CDA Training Course
​        This 120 hour course is an introduction to the field of Early 
        Childhood Education. Students will develop an understanding of 
        methods and materials that may be used to promote the development of 
        children birth to five years of age.
        Time: 6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m.
        Location: Fayette County
                          Fayetteville, GA 30214      
          Cost: $125 Registration Fee due by Novem ber 26th
          Tuititon: $625 payable in bi-weekly payments of $78





TBA Caring for School-Agers Part 1 Earn 4 BFTS Hours
       This introductory four-hour training explores the philosophy and goals for
        high-quality programs and establishes an understanding of the         principle of child growth and development. With an overview of the rules 
        and regulations governing group care for school-age children and the
        responsibilities of the providers, you’ll build a solid foundation for working
        with children and youth in afterschool and child care settings.
        Time: 8:30 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.
        Location: Clayton County   
        Cost: $25
